An Agricenex Authorised Distribution Partner is an independently owned business that markets, sells and supports the Agricenex Platform within an approved territory. Partners purchase products from Agricenex at wholesale prices and resell them at approved retail prices while receiving ongoing technical, operational and business support.

No. The programme is not a franchise. There are no franchise fees, no ongoing royalties and no ownership of the partner's business by Agricenex. Each Authorised Distribution Partner remains an independent business while benefiting from the Agricenex brand, technology and business systems.

Authorised Distribution Partners purchase Agricenex products at approved wholesale prices and sell them at recommended retail prices. In addition to product sales, recurring revenue opportunities are created through Agricenex Plus products, technical services and ongoing customer support.

Yes. In South Africa, each Authorised Distribution Partner is allocated an exclusive Authorised Depot within an approved municipal area, provided the partner remains compliant with the agreement. Internationally, Country or Territory Distribution Partners are generally appointed on an exclusive basis for their agreed market.

Agricenex provides product innovation, manufacturing, engineering, technical and agronomic support, marketing assistance, product training, warranty administration, business development support and access to the Agricenex ICMS platform.

Authorised Distribution Partners are responsible for developing their local market, building customer relationships, promoting and selling Agricenex products, coordinating accredited installations, providing first-line customer support, managing stock and professionally representing the Agricenex brand.

No. While technical knowledge is beneficial, Agricenex provides comprehensive product training, technical support and ongoing assistance to help Authorised Distribution Partners operate successfully.

Yes. Authorised Distribution Partners receive product, technical and operational training, together with ongoing support to maintain technical competence and deliver a professional customer experience.

Yes. Each new Authorised Distribution Partner purchases an approved Opening Stock Package before commencing operations. This enables the business to demonstrate products, complete installations, supply customers and provide after-sales support from day one.

Yes. Authorised Distribution Partners may market and sell Agricenex products throughout South Africa, even though their Authorised Depot is protected within a specific municipal area. International distribution rights are governed by the relevant country or territory agreement.

The Agricenex ICMS supports customer relationship management, quotations, project management, technical support, installation support, warranty administration, reporting and business management, enabling distributors to operate efficiently using a common business platform.
